Futsaly Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Futsaly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Current service status

Futsaly is under active development. Information available before a formal data partnership exists must be treated as demo, test, or community-entered data and not as official federation data.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and notify Futsaly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use Futsaly to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

Content and data accuracy

Futsaly may contain demo, test, user-entered, or incomplete information. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed. Historical sports records may be corrected by authorized administrators when errors are identified.

Availability

The service may change, experience interruptions, or be unavailable while it is developed and maintained. Features may be added, changed, or removed.

Suspension

Access may be restricted or suspended to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
